The horizontal metal slurry pump is designed for continuous high abrasive, high density slurry pumping system in mineral processing, and the horizontal metal centrifugal slurry pump is characterized in high efficiency, large working ability, high head, long wearing life of its components.
Horizontal metal slurry pump size regarding to slurry pump outlet is ranged from 1 inch to 18 inch, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump capacity can be up to 5000 m³/h, and working head can reach 73 meters.
Horizontal slurry pump is covered with DOH (exchangeable to Warman AH model), DOHH (exchangeable to Warman HH model), DOL (exchangeable to Warman L) model.
Horizontal slurry pump DOH model is exchangeable to Warman AH heavy duty slurry pump, which are highly used for cyclone slurry feeding, filler press, flotation and tailing in mineral processing. DOH heavy duty slurry pump is recognized by slurry pump users for more than half a century, and this pump model is characterized by long wearing life, component arrangement, material composition, slurry abrasiveness, high efficiency, large capacity range and high working head.
Horizontal metal slurry pump DOHH model is exchangeable to Warman HH heavy duty slurry pump, which is specifically for slurry applications where a high working head is required by using single set of slurry pump. The application of DOHH heavy duty slurry pump is handling heavy duty pumping in excess of 90 meters head in single stage, and the small eye to DOHH slurry pump provides perfect wear characters in continuous pumping high abrasive slurry.
Comparing with DOH DOHH slurry models, DOL horizontal slurry pump is exchangeable to L Warman slurry pump is acting lower head. DOL heavy duty slurry pump is designed for rugged heavy duty slurry pump for medium or lower head while offering high slurry pump working efficiency, more than that, DOL horizontal slurry pump is also a combine of the proven DOH heavy duty slurry pump features.
